Name of the business
The business name "Pampiri" was originally a term used by the Tswana, a Bantu-speaking ethnic group native to Southern Africa. In English, pampiri literally translates to paper. The owner chose this name, as the business initially started in supplying different types of papers for office purposes. As time progresses, so did Pampiri. Pampiri no longer only supplies different types of papers but now also other office essentials that ranges a wide array of varieties. Hence, the name "Pampiri Office Supplies Trading".
History
The owner started the business after retiring as a branch manager of a well-known bank in the Philippines. With so much time now resting on her palms, she considered to start and try a business as a hobby. Turns out, Pampiri grew at a surprisingly rapid rate. Although Pampiri initially started as a hobby, time showed that the business has a lot of potential in store. Realizing this, the owner is determined in maximizing the potential of the business and contribute to the demands of the supply market.
